To your point about Psi not telling Kara about Reign seeing Ruby:
Psi can’t actually see what her victims see when she uses her fear power on them. That’s why in her episode where she fights Kara she asks, “I wonder what you saw?”

OK, I don’t know if you already realize this or not, but ‘Snapper’ Carr was snapping every time he was seen, or heard, on screen, with his voice not his fingers.
