It’s a family affair in the third episode of Supergirl Season 3, titled “Far From the Tree” which airs next week. The CW has just released the trailer for the episode airing Monday, October 23rd.
In this J’onn centric trailer, M’gann reaches out telepathically to tell J’onn he must return to Mars immediately. J’onn has always thought he was the last surviving Martian. However, M’gann has information that J’onn’s dad (Carl Lumbly) could still be alive. Can Kara and J’onn rescue his dad from being killed by the White Martians? Elsewhere, a visit from Maggie’s estranged father (guest star Carlos Benard) stirs up a lot of unresolved emotions for Maggie but also offers a chance for reconciliation.
