Daryl wrote an email to share some thoughts about the Supergirl Season 6 episode titled “A Few Good Women”!

Why doesn’t Lex just blackmail Eve with information about how she killed Jeremiah? I won’t be satisfied until the truth comes out about this very major plot point.

There were a few theories that it would be Kara’s father in the Phantom Zone but let’s be honest, they missed a great opportunity to use Zaltar (played by Peter O’Toole in Supergirl: The Movie).

They know Kelly is a therapist and they’re still making her Guardian *shakes head*. She’s a good therapist and has more to contribute than becoming Guardian. They are all in need of good therapy.

In a line of dialogue from J’onn last week, he said daughter in the singular. Thankfully, the writer this week did their research and remembered it is actually daughters…with an s.

They better not isolate Lena like they did in Season 2. I realize she has her own family drama going on, but the smartest woman in National City who finally knows isn’t mentioned by anybody in the tower as someone who could help out. Kara is truly the only reason they befriended her, it seems. Now that kara isn’t there to bring her in, she has to share plots with the vile Lillian and Lex. I am convinced that I was right in my confusion on Lillian suddenly caring about Lena last week because this week, she only cares what Lena can do for the family name.

I was a little disappointed with how they had Nia have trouble with her powers since in the past, they have developed  them so well. I am glad to see no more bangs on Kara and was watching closely to see if I could spot a baby bump.

I don’t like how we kept cutting to William during the trial. I could have understood it if he mentioned Russell, but he hasn’t been spoken of in half a season.

You could make a drinking game out of how many times they say the word “power”.

I know it’s a plot device because of COVID-19, but considering what Lex did to the last jury, this is a great idea having them do it remotely. But then again, his last trial happened Pre-Crisis and the new world wouldn’t know about his killing the jury.

I just don’t understand why the entire team has to go in the Phantom Zone. That doesn’t seem smart or safe. I understood even less what the phantoms were throwing at them.

These writers have surprised me. They have proven they can’t resist the opportunity to have a Kara revealed as Supergirl scene on screen so to come to the realization that Alex told Kelly between episodes is just beyond me. I hope Alex perks up soon because she can’t fall all apart after failing once.
