Alex sent us an email to share some thoughts about the Supergirl season four episode titled “Bunker Hill”!
I am sure a lot of people are commenting on the President’s insistence that Supergirl provide her true identity at the DEO, even though everyone in the DEO already knows her identity. I am hoping this is because the DEO is loyal to Kara and won’t betray her to a politician. Where is Agent Vazquez when we need her?!
If Supergirl was an employee of the U.S. Government, why wasn’t Superman?
I assume Supergirl’s “firing” from the DEO will be part of the introduction of the Red Kara storyline and the need for the DEO to ask her to come back.
Nice Supergirl moment lifting the building off the ground while trapped in the Nth metal. Especially glad she did not have to be rescued this week. That was getting old.
Give me more Kara/Supergirl going out on missions with Brainy. That was the highlight of the episode! Kara knocking out the Children of Liberty with a finger flick to the forehead made me laugh out loud!
At the end of the episode, one of the CatCo employees asked James why the protesters were angry. James replied, “Us”. Please tell me this won’t be the writers latest rant about a current political topic, namely, the “attack on the media”. NO MORE POLITICS, PLEASE!!! And if James is, indeed, worried about the public’s perception of the media/CatCo, maybe he should have thought twice before being filmed last week praising the Children of Liberty!
