  1. No comment on Kara and Ivy’s Kiss?

    I recall it being Kryptonese.

I really enjoyed her interaction with Cassandra Sandsmack, bot in this and latter during Countdown.

The stuff with Powergirl is all part of the Infinite Crisis build up, which I loved, I loved Infinite Crisis and it’s build and haven’t been fond of much of anything since.

And that’s part of the reason for the Meta commenting, I love that kind of Meta stuff.

Actually I’m not sure Meta is the right term for what you’re referring to, that would be Lampshading.

I mean for that pronounced JaredThaJay but I was literate when that account. Awesome, I can’t wait.

    • Regarding Poison Ivy kissing Kara…unfortunately, we just didn’t have time to cover the whole book. I did like that the scene somewhat parallels what happens to Superman in Batman: Hush (which is my favorite Batman comic story) and that it featured Ivy and Harley teaming up like they did in Batman: The Animated Series!

Apologies if we pronounced that incorrectly. We’ll make a note!

      Thanks for listening and commenting!

  2. I’m one of those fans who is upset how rarely the Bat Family outside Cass mourned Stephanie Brown compared to Jason Todd. So I like how in his narration at the beginning Batman does mention Steph along with the other Robins.
